If you’ve ever received an estimate from Broesky Painting, chances are that you’ve met Matt. While he enjoys the physical job of painting, Matt now spends most of his time in the office where he works on estimates, training resources, policies and much more. Matt approaches every job of his with a desire for quality and excellence. He cares deeply about the BP employees and spends much time working to create a positive workplace environment. Matt is also artistic, enjoying creating art, music, film and much more.
Kevin Broesky

Each time Kevin takes a holiday, Broesky Painting as a whole realizes the intrinsic part he plays in the company and we hold our breath until his return. Kevin’s job includes, but is certainly not limited to, scheduling, training, estimating, hiring and quality control. In every one of these roles he brings a sense of calm, thoughtfulness and humour. More than anything, Kevin cares about the BP employees and clients and works tirelessly to ensure that things are going smoothly. Kevin’s interests span a large variety of subjects including hunting, writing, design and art.
Allen & Sharon Broesky
Founders
In 1978, Allen picked up a paintbrush and the rest is history. The fact that his two sons stayed in and eventually took over the family business is a testament to his work ethic, teaching skills and passion for the job. Allen has been married to his beautiful wife Sharon for over 45 years and, although mostly retired, still enjoys an occasional day painting on a jobsite with the crew where he is still the most hard-working, energetic person on site.
Josh Freund
Crew Leader
As one of our most seasoned painters, (he’s been with us for 8 years!) Josh brings a knowledge of the craft to the team that is invaluable. He is an incredibly hard-working person who loves to hustle, takes every day in stride and loves the attention to detail that a career in painting requires. Every year at Christmas we gather around as a company and share our favourite Freund story from the year, so that should tell you something about how much we love Josh.
Jadden Dyck
Crew Leader
If we could pick one person who brings joy, laughter and creativity to the team, it would be Jadden. Although quick to joke around, he also has a side that is introspective and thoughtful. When asked what he loves about painting, Jadden says, “I love to cut in rooms. I find it super satisfying to get those perfect edges and lines.” As a painting company who prides itself on quality work, this is music to our ears.
Bryan Plett
Lead Painter
Bryan started working for Broesky Painting in 2019 and has already become a staple of the team. He is steadfast, cheerful and always up for a challenge. One of Bryan’s favourite parts of painting is rolling walls and the satisfying transformation that job brings. We love the adaptability that Bryan brings to our team each and every day.
Dallas Headings
Crew Leader
Dallas has been working with Broesky Painting for almost 4 years and has become a vital part of our team. Currently he is pursuing a Bachelor of Social Work degree. We know he will excel in this career because of his kind, curious and thoughtful spirit. Dallas also brings a sharp wit and quirky sense of humour to our team and is often the source of or directly involved in many of the team building moments here at Broesky Painting, along with their subsequent inside jokes that live on through time.
Bert Reimer
Lead Painter
Bert started painting with Allen Broesky way back in the spring of 1987 and is an irreplaceable part of our team. When you meet Bert, you may at first find him a little gruff. This will likely last for about 5 seconds until you get a chance to see the true Bert that resides just under the surface. Then you will see a huge softy who cries with joy and gratitude at the drop of a hat and whose rock-solid faith has brought him through incredibly difficult circumstances. Bert is one of our most requested employees with repeat customers and is loved by all.
Lindsay Lepp
Office Administrator
Lindsay, the Office Assistant here at BP, has been a lifesaver for our company! Her job description covers so many pieces and it’s hard to say which one is more important. Each week she comes into the office and fills it with joy and a sense of well-being and brings with her a flexibility and steadfastness that are invaluable. Lindsay is a mom to 3 sweet and energetic boys and has been married to her outdoorsman of a husband for 15 years.
